Brilliant! We held our team building day with the "Go with the Flow" team, it was fun from start to finish. We had lots of thrills and plenty of spills but most of all lots of laughter. Its such a beautiful setting and the pictures they took are amazing.

Great day out for all the family. Had a great time with the family today on the River Barrow with Charlie and his son who looked after us and were very patient in introducing us to the subtle skills of guiding our canoes down the river. Highly recommend this to any family thinking about it. Our son and daughter (12 and 10 years of age respectively) were able to go on their own while my wife and I paired up in a canoe and everyone really enjoyed the afternoon going down some rapids and even managing to do some swimming as well. Nice weather and a great location with excellent scenery adds up to some great memories for all to remember.

Great way to spend a few hours on the Barrow. Brought a group out on a stags, staying in Graiguenamanagh and decided to go kayaking, absolutely fantastic trip and really great guide... cheers will defo be back.

Really enjoyable canoeing experience! I recently did this with a group for a hen party and we had a great time. The 2 guides were really knowledgeable and helpful. Started off with a quick safety briefing and instructions. There were a couple of weirs on the river which were not scary but still fun to go down. The scenery along the river is lovely and peaceful. I would recommend doing this as a group activity as it was great fun! or you could do it with just couple either.

Went with a work group of approximately 30 people. Found the instructors to be very good at what they do and knowledgeable about the river. We travellled from Bennetsbridge to Thomastown, the instructors gave us an off the water and an on the water safety briefing. They assessed potential hazards in the river and gave us correct guidance on what routes to take. They also were very helpful when it came to rescuing overturned boats! A highly enjoyable excursion on the Nore. Would love to do more excursions with them!
